Project Description:
This project was done in a rush. I was in my final few weeks and the Lloydminster Heavy Oil Show was the week after I was tasked with this poster. After getting as much information as I could, I got to work creating a bare hiring poster with all the information that needed to be on it. I didn’t feel like that was quite enough to catch people’s eye, so I used a Photoshop color halftone pixelate effect, for that dotted gradient you see. I felt that the subtlety added to the appeal of the poster and directed to eye of the viewer down through all the important information. Sancon liked the poster so much, they immediately had it printed!
